We were delighted to welcome Dr Tilly Weerasuriya and Becki Davey from Emsworth Dental Surgery to Littlegreen Academy for an engaging Oral Hygiene session as part of our RSHE lessons.

They brought fantastic hands-on resources — including giant teeth — which immediately grabbed our pupils’ attention!

Tilly and Becki created a safe, supportive space where pupils felt confident to ask questions and share what they find challenging about brushing - some pupils even asked to have their teeth checked!

They helped our pupils understand why brushing is so important, and supported our pupils in thinking about how they can improve their own routines.

A huge thank you to Tilly and Becki for such a positive session!
